It is a three piece item:
Base: There is no bottom so could stand on soil and be filled with soil/compost and planted up as a raised bed.
Roof
Bucket:
There is no drainage hole, but will accommodate a planted up flower pot to sit inside it.
The bucket is suspended on a metal wire and there is a side handle.
