This is a vintage scuba tank harness in good used condition for its age. I have given up SCUBA diving. This listing is being sold as is. Please use pictures to judge condition. Most people either collect from south Hampshire or if too far, use Hermes as much cheaper than GPO and you can arrange payment at your end. You can work out size and weight (this will be light) and book Hermes and I can have it out for them to collect once you have paid, sent me the barcode as I have to attach that once I print it off and have packed item. Has worked well.
