West End Watch Co. chiming mantle clock from 1940

A West End Watch Co. chiming mantle clock dating back to 1940, with a Junghans movement. In good working order complete with key and pendulum. Chimes the quarters and strikes the hours. The body is in good condition with lovely detailing- see photo. The face shows signs of age wear.
There is a presentation plaque on the top which says - To Mr J C Mclean from the Mint Recreation Club Bombay 18.9.1940. Obviously a well traveled clock.
