I have the following dates available. If you want to do less nights divide the amount of nights below by the total amount of money and then multiply that number by the amount of days you do want. Happy to help you do that if that is not clear.

17th September to 30th September. 14 Nights. £3958.67. Price for 7 nights £1979.34
The price is for the whole villa regardless of how many people are staying in it. The price is the same if there is 1 or 10 people occupying it. The Villa is in Agia Triada. 5 mins to Protaras and 15 mins to Ayia Nappa. Sleeps up to 10 people with its own private pool, garden, BBQ area. International TV and fast Wi Fi, secluded location and only 6 minutes walk to the beach and the local beach bar which is open all day and for evening meals. 5 Mins the other way are the shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the most amazing bakery with cakes, ice cream, pastries, salads, ready made meals and coffees. The villa is available all year round as it has central heating and a heated pool. The climate as you can imagine in Winter is a lot kinder than the UK. Lots more photos and information on the web link below.
The villa has its own phone APP which gives you all the details of how to work everything in the villa along with details of local things to do. Beaches to visit and restaurants that we like.
