Hi we currently live in a 1 bedroom bungalow in a lovely little village called Shebbear which is in Beaworthy Devon,where theres a village shop a pub village hall church and a primary school with attaching nursery. Our neighbours are elderly and middle aged but both really nice everyone in the village is very friendly and will help anyone. There are bus routes to Bideford, Barnstaple. We have a local guy that comes round every 2 weeks with his home grown produce. We have got alot of countyside around us which you do have permission to walk through and the field behind us you are allowed to go into it too. This property does allow pets and has allocated parking too. If anymore questions please ask but please we do NOT WANT ANY FLATS thankyou so please dont message as you would be wasting your time hope you understand....Will consider anywhere as long its the right property for us :)
