A foldable airer for hanging up wet washing to dry indoors on a wet day, or to dry a jumper flat.
Folds down to a neat 4.5cm deep, when folded.
Opens out to 136cm x 66cm to give plenty of space for drying. Especially useful in smaller flats, when there isn’t room for a tumble drier, or for anyone who wishes to save on electricity.
On the halfway point, at each side is a robust blue plastic hinge, which is lockable - this means you can open the airer just as much or as little as you need, and then fix it in place over a bath or on the floor.
A couple of places have lost the white plastic covering, but there still many years of life left.
