Metal First Aid box World War II era

This is a WW2 item, carried on tanks or armoured vehicles. On the lid, in stencilled letters it has ‘Outfit. First-Aid, Large. For A.F.Vs.’ It is empty. There are no dents, only sign of age. The hinged lid works with no problem, and the closing mechanism (wire catch)is also in working order, as is the wire carrying handle.
