WALL CONSTRUCTION:
External walls-
Walls constructed from a solid wall log using 70mm x 185mm slow grown spruce, rebated, draught-proof , interlocking
corner joints, incorporating a triple tongue and groove construction from highest grade Northern European spruce.
Internal dividing walls-
70mm x 185mm internal walls constructed from the same solid wall logs as used on the external walls.
WINDOWS:
High performance, purpose made windows in 68mm frames with double glazing, manufactured to the highest standards and finished in White UPVC
INTERNAL DOORS:
Solid pine purpose-built casement doors with integral seals and adjustable hinges, available in a variety of styles and
finishes.
EXTERNAL DOORS:
IV68 double glazed. Finished in White UPVC
CHASSIS AND FLOOR:
The building is supported on a timber chassis made from 45mm x 198mm timber
To complete this will require :
Exterior Cladding -
Price around £2000 depending on the finish that is required
Insulation -
Price around £1200. Recommended 200mm of Zero Carbon slab material
Roof Windows -
£800
Roof Tiles-
Around £1200+ depending on the finish that is required.
The Cladding, Insation, Roof Tiles and Roof Windows can be supplied with the Unit, but the price/finish for these would need to be agreed beforehand.
Delivery can also be arranged but again the price for this would need to be agreed beforehand.
This would require half an Articulated Truck Load for Delivery.
