Only selling as our daughter's are older teens and our caravan days for now are over.
Comes with:
Water roller, water waste, extra portable loo, working fridge, working heater, working cooker, some white goods and plenty more. You are more than welcome to all of our extras collected over the years or if not we will remove for you.
Also has a brand new air awning. Only used once but we burst the innertube so this will need replacing at a cost of £80. Cost new last year £450.
The only issue we have is that some of the inner central roof lights don't work, they haven't since we purchased but we have used lamps inside anyway. Probably a quick fix but haven't got round to it as it wasn't a deal breaker for us. All other electrics work including plugs etc.
Also can't comment on interior running water, we used it once on our very first holiday. All was ok but have always used onsite amenities since so haven't used them either. Shower tray is cracked, again we used onsite amenities so again hasn't bothered us.
