I will pay a private person or property agents a finder’s fee of 1.5%(plus vat if registered) of the sale price of my Brennilis property advertised here on Preloved subject to a completed sale or 10%(plus vat if registered) of the first year’s rent, for introducing a previously unknown person(s) as a tenant for my Brennilis property advertised here on Preloved. Subject to that person(s) being accepted as tenant(s) on a 36 month tenancy.
