Suddenly found myself by myself, and struggling to cope with care duties, raising a baby single-handedly and currently finding the time and enthusiasm for my ponies.
Therefore looking for an adult rider, that is comfortable and competent to get out a 13h pony that enjoys his hacking but has his moments so isn’t suited to a nervous novice or child. Other pony is a 14h wimp that seeks his confidence from his rider but I can get him out alone without issue. Again totally unsuited to a child rider or a nervous novice. Both need firm but kind. He does however suffer from CPL so I’m just learning how to manage that although it hasn’t affected his want or ability to “work”. Realistically both are unfit and confused with one hell of a turbulent few years and lack of recent consistent work, but I’m getting there and could really do with a hand..
They’re both massive field puppies that’ll do anything for a bum scratch, looking for someone that’ll enjoy just sitting with them in peace and quiet as much as getting out for a ride. Someone willing to form a bond and listen to what the boys are telling them, and most importantly someone able to put stuff back where they find it, pay their contribution on time and not give me any reason to worry when they have my yard and ponies to themselves… happy for you to take your kids to see them, but I’ll stress again they’re not kids ponies, I’m looking for a small adult rider…
You’ll need your own transport due to yard location, you’ll need your own rider third party liability insurance to go out on the roads, and you’ll need to be down to earth with few airs and graces to fit in!
