Most people just love the site for what it is..beautiful..The site is open 10 months a year..up to January 5..so that the Christmas and New year can be celebrated here..I have had over 20 years here and now age and finances dictate that this will be my last year..site fees are expensive..and most people here share with family members to offset the cost..it is owners only..and no age limit on caravans..So this would be a perfect starter van..with a view to upgrade as you recognise the beauty of the site and the area..and plan your future..everything here is included..lots of equipment for the gardening which will take up lots of your time..I believe there is no better site anywhere which almost justifies the 9k site fees..
There are places here at twenty times the price of mine..I want the garden to continue and new owners to have as good an experience as I have had..it is in North Wales
