Sturdy 12th scale shop handmade by Phil Basketter.
in need of some restoration, particularly the upstairs room that is badly showing signs of old glue stains through the wallpaper.
An ideal project for someone willing to take it on and bring it back to its former glory,
Original used as a sweet shop, but then converted to a 1940s tearoom with an extended roof line to incorporate a back garden scene (not included)
The stairs are removable, but could be made secure if wanted.
The wall shelf and clock are included as they are fixed to the walls.
The outside advertisements are also fixed, but could be removed.
All in all an ideal opportunity to create a shop of your choice and restore a lovely vintage piece to cherish.
