I’m looking for part loaners for my horses
You must be have riders insurance, over 18s preferably but willing to allow younger riders if enough experience I must stress these are not riding school horses and do have quirks.
Horses are not to move yards, we rent a sole use yard.
I have Lizzie 15.1 mare Lizzie is happy to hack out alone and is safe on the roads, however she gets very excited in fields (fine with canter tracks) and does buck but only with excitement. So as long as you can ride through it you will be fine she does eventually calm down
She loves coming in for a good groom and a pamper.
Must be a confident competent rider due to her quirks
I also have Lady 14.2 Welsh section D
Lady so far hasn’t been confident enough to hack out alone after being on loan previously and knowing if she plays up she gets to go home she is however very safe out in company loves a good gallop and can pop a jump or 2. Taken her to fun rides which she thoroughly enjoyed. She did a lot of jumping previous to me buying her a few years ago.
Would be a perfect opportunity for 2 friends wanting to ride together or a mother daughter/son share.
I also have an 11h welshie he’s 24 and has learnt all the tricks in the book we’ve only had him on lead rein so far as my daughter is not confident enough to hack him out without. Would be suitable for a small child coming off a first pony. He is absolutely bomb proof.
Small contribution and as stated none will be able to move yard.
Based in Norland with plenty of hacking around and opportunities to take them places.
