We have a couple of very cute 2024 ‘Wonderland’ pedigree twin ewe lambs available now!
We call them Ella and Evie.
They were born at the end of January and weaned at the beginning of May; they have now had a few weeks to gain their independence and are ready for a new 5 star home!
They are lovely, chunky lambs, with all the necessary breed attributes and have been raised as pets on our smallholding so they are super friendly, bucket trained and love a cuddle!
They have received starter doses of Heptavac P Plus, Clik for flystrike prevention, mineral drench and wormer.
Their Dam is a home bred ewe who we call ‘Clemmy’ with Snelson and Night Star blood lines, she has exceptional wool and was wool-on-the-hoof champion at Ripley Show last year in a huge class! Sire is a lovely Malt Kiln tup.
Both dam and sire were in our show team last year and are available to view. (last 2 photos)
The ewe lambs have been registered with the Ryeland Flock Book Society.
Our ‘Wonderland’ flock of Coloured Ryelands were Yorkshire Champions in 2019, 2022 and 2023 (no shows due to Covid in 2020 and 2021!); whilst not a large flock, we offer the highest quality pure breed stock for showing, breeding and wool.
Viewings without obligation are encouraged; we can also show you our breeding ewes, breeding rams, and shearlings to give an idea of how they will grow on.
