This is a large used (not new) solid wood, probably mahogany, sleigh-style cot bed. The overall dimensions are: height 96.5 cm, width 75 cm, length 163 cm. The bed area is 140 cm x 68 cm. The straight side can be dropped down to improve access or can be removed to give a sofa-type bed - see photos. The bed comes with a virtually new foam mattress, with zipped, quilted, waterproof cover and a fitted sheet, The mattress was made in England and conforms to BS7177. The cot is very sturdy, and quite heavy! Please note the sides are rods not slats and the base does not move to different heights so may not be suitable for a very small baby. We purchased a new mattress and have only used it for a grandsons very occasional visits, hence clean virtually new mattress. Ideal for a child ready to move out of a baby cot but still needing a cosy sleeping space. Plastic under bed boxes fit underneath for bedding or toys. These are not included. It has been taken apart for transport and there is a 'key' for the bolts used to assemble/disassemble the cot. It is in very good condition with only a few blemishes.
