I have lived here for 30 years and still have an outstanding mortgage of about £94,000. My house is worth about £300,000 so I am looking for someone who will give me £93k for the mortgage company and I will hand imy house over to you as a gift. Here's the catch......I want to remain here for as long as I wish and you wil be responsible for the work that needs doing.
The house is an end of terrace, gas central heating, good size garden and it's very quiet. It's situated in a very sought after location with Asda's a 2 minute walk away. It could perhaps be an inheritance for a grandchild or whatever you wanted. But I remain living here. I'm 67 and this is the only home I've ever had. I can explain how this situation has come about to anyone that's interested.
