A lot of the fitted furniture has been removed and the 2nd bedroom is currently being used as a storage area. It originally had 2 bathrooms, but one has been removed and is now the office area. Outside there is plenty of space to park a car and the plot is fully fenced and gated. There is a new wooden shed, 3m x 3m, which also houses the washing machine. A decked area measuring 6.5m x 5m, a wooden gazebo measuring 4m x 5m and an above ground pool measuring 4m x 2m. There are countryside views and views of some of the neighbours houses. The site does not have any facilities but the ground rent is only 2,100€ per year. Water and electricity are metered and paid monthly. Pets are allowed.
