I am looking for a part loaner for my mare who is kept on a yard in Slaithwaite. She is currently just a happy hacker who is very safe but still green for her age due to lack of ridden work whilst I have had her. Due to how green she is, she would not be suitable for a novice rider. She is capable of doing some schooling as long as you have the knowledge of how to work a horse correctly.
She's a sweet, gentle mare and the only reason I am looking to loan her out is that she needs more work than I am putting in to her at the moment. She will stand for hours having a pamper and scratches. Good to catch 99.9% of the time, the days she isn't you only need to rustle a packet and she's over in a heartbeat!
She's good to hack alone and in company. She's not the quickest horse going and does prefer to plod along.
She would need to stay on her current yard. She's available for up to 4 days a week and they would need to be set days. Cost to be confirmed depending on how many days you would like.
The yard she is currently on has a floodlit outdoor school, good hacking and all year turnout. They can stay out all summer and usually come in for winter when the weather starts to turn.
