Dales pony for loan, experienced person only

Rowan is a beautiful 22year old Dales pony. He hasn't been ridden for a year so will need some work. He is excellent for farrier and has no health issues.
loves to be groomed and pampered.
Nervous around traffic and likes to be dominant in pack.
Person needs to be experienced and willing to put work in as he has so much to give.
