One handed operation with top mounted buttons
2 speeds: one for everyday chopping of meat, fresh or cooked fruit and vegetables, nuts, herbs
one for making puree of fruits and vegetables, ingredients of baby food
Blade locks onto shaft so stays in place while ingredients poured out
Wet ingredient adder hole and well in the lid allows adding of liquid ingredients without removing lid.
Blade and domed lid are dishwasher safe.
