Reduced..... This is in excellent used condition throughout, and with many extras. As you will see there are two awnings the smaller one was specially made by Raclet and uses some of the poles and the full width end panel of the larger awning. Instructions for both awnings within. All in very good condition. I have not tensioned the canvas in some of the pictures but there are plenty of guys and tapes with spares and the skirt for the trailer. This took me about 15 minutes to put up hence - "Quickstop" I have added a photo of the smaller awning we didn’t have time to put it up properly but you get the idea. There are storm guys if needed, we had it out in a thunderstorm a couple of weeks ago and it was water-tight and cosy with 4 adults inside. As can be seen there are cupboards under the unit the cook can sit on and under the bench seats.
The cooker can be used in 3 different sites, unit within, on the door or on its stand (as shown) I don't think the grill has ever been used, there are new batteries for the water pump in the sink unit. All clean and tidy. No smokers. There is a 6x3 metre breathable ground sheet, some sites specify these to protect the grass, and a conventional ground sheet. Wood pads for the jacks & handbook/manual. There is an electric fridge cool box 12v & 240v, kettle, table, 3 shelf fold away cupboard with work top, cutlery and hook-up lead much of this is kit is fairly new.
Light and well balanced to tow, easy to move about and store.
