HUGE dolls house half finished

This house was handmade by Steve Hoult of TouchWood houses and is called Richmond

Im selling this as a project, the lights are not all finished, there is still the loft to decorate and one room at the side. So 10 rooms plus attic Pictures do do the size of it justice.

I love it but trying to downsize, it's 50 inch wide x 50 inch tall x 33 inch wide the front dolls house doors have to be removed to go through the door.

not all the lights have been installed so needs finishing off and it's a bit dusty, Im selling it as a project as its not finished. I also have a box of door architrive and the widow panes to go in to finish it plus other bits and bobs of wood

Its an absolutely beautiful house but I just have no room.
