Wanted 1-2 year old to grow to 14.2

Due to deciding to retire my 17.1 ex trotter im looking for a cob yearling that will grow to minimum of 14hands
Preferably gelding as yard will not take colts. Would prefer loan with view to buy and yard can be vetted and contract in place.
I am gutted to retire my big lad but he has arthritis of the hocks and sacroiliac, there is only so many times you can have them injected. He isnt comfortable being ridden anymore so would rather him retire and enjoy his time in the field.
