This is a glass storage jar suitable for good and other. I'm not sure if it is recycled glass or not, it looks as though it could be or it could have been made to look that way. The writing on the side says: "N 125, Bedford & Son, High Quality, Manufactured by, Edgett Steel Ltd, Brooklyn, NY". The lid is flat and has a rounded knob as a handle, it also has seals for tightness. The condition is good for its age, it is about 15 years old. Some of the lines that edge round the writing have worn. The approx. measurements are: the total height is 8" (20cm), the bottom diameter is 5.1/2" (14cm), the outer top diameter is 4.1/2" (11.5cm) & the inner top diameter is 3.3/4" (9.5cm). It is fairly solid weighing 1.230kg. The reason that I am selling is because I am trying to downsize my life's collections. I have other items for sale (some of a similar nature) and I would be happy to combine and do a deal. It can be collected, it can be posted or I can meet within a reasonable distance.
