We have converted and refurbished 2 static caravans and joined them together with an additional room between. They made a lovely family home for us for a couple of years whilst our main house was being renovated.
They can be dismantled and moved, with water and electrics ready to plug-in. Gas supplied via 47kg propane bottles.
They have been fully insulated and re-wired by professionals and are fitted with gas central heating which included new radiators at the time. Certificates can be provided.
There is the possibility of including the log burner in the sale. As well as an electric oven.
The layout consists of 3 bedrooms (a double and 2 singles), a family bathroom with separate bath and shower, additional shower/toilet room, an open plan kitchen and living area, and a separate utility room. There is also a coat and boot area. Sliding french doors are at the back of the room joining both mobile homes together.
The electrical system has been designed to be “unplugged” so the mobile homes can be moved.
Each mobile home measures 12ft wide, one is 38ft long and the other is 40ft.
The room which joins them together can be dismantled and rebuilt on site.
Could be used as an AirBnb or housing during a rebuild/renovation.
Transport and re-build can be provided for an additional fee.
