This lovely peaceful easy in all ways, child/disabled friendly, registered approx. 10hh Spotted Pony mare is looking for a kind home maybe as a toddler's lead rein pony, 'unicorn' party pony, therapy pony, pet, petting zoo pony or companion - especially for older or more vulnerable ponies who don't want a crazy young companion. Also likely easier & safer for young kids than many chunky, strong & bargy ponies.
RE-HOMING FEE ONLY £200 AS SEEN TO RIGHT HOME.
Not for profit. Full ownership/passport transferred.
Been through isolation & no sign of being sick.
For months had farrier every 3wks to correct long feet -now sorted.
Checked by vet & farrier & happy to discuss findings.
Chilled but happy with life.
Usually welcomes us with a whinny.
Comes right up. Been easy for kids to catch, tie up, brush, wash, rug up, pick feet, walk, clip, load & travel. Fine for vet, farrier & dentist. We have no tiny jockey but imagine she will be well used to being tacked up & ridden as lead rein. Been fine with kids & other ponies. Used to living in or out on restricted grazing.
Microchipped & Passported.
Up to date with vaccinations (flue & tetanus).
Wormed & deliced.
Teeth just checked, rasped & cleaned by dentist.
Now ready to find a new home & make some new friends.
Been a delight for us at the rescue. A peaceful, calm character who has been easy in all ways. Still funny & smart - learns quickly & likes to get out & about. Used to doing pony rides & kids pony pamper days 4 kids where she came from till they lost their yard.
Here she has been a good companion for young & old & fun for visiting young & disabled kids to fuss over, brush & take for walks.
